R-Cubed offers a variety of pre-designed or uniquely curated sessions focused on social and emotional learning and mindful movement exercises. Whether through individual, small-group, or large-group experiences, R-Cubed provides the space and support to help you cultivate growth, healing, and balance.

Each session integrates movement, meditation, breathwork, and social-emotional learning. Through reflection and guided practice, participants of all ages are supported in slowing down, building resilience, and strengthening meaningful connection.

How It Works
Reflect: Fill out the reflection form so we can understand your unique needs and goals.
Design: We create a customized program or session tailored to you or your group.
Engage: Participate in guided movement, mindfulness, and SEL practices that fit your age and stage.
Integrate: Apply the tools and insights you gain to support growth, balance, and well-being in daily life.
Sessions may focus on one or more of the following skills:
Executive Functioning: working memory, self-control, and mental flexibility
Movement & Mind-Body Connection: mindful movement, meditation, and breath work
Social & Emotional Learning: Social Awareness, Resilience, Responsible Decision Making
Session locations are determined based on group size and space requirements. Duration may be 30-90 minutes per session, and individual coaching and movement programs start at $50 for a 30-minute session. If you would like us to host a small cohort or larger community group, please reach out for a custom quote.

Who I Am & Why I’m Here
I’ve spent my life exploring how people grow, heal, and thrive. As an Elementary Montessori Guide, RYT500, and Social & Emotional Learning Facilitator, I’ve witnessed the power of compassion, presence, and intentional practice. I bring intergenerational perspectives through my Montessori Elder Care certification and apply trauma-informed, equitable, and community-centered approaches through the TEACH Method.
Through R-Cubed: Holistic Health & Education Services, I help individuals, families, and communities connect to resilience, dignity, and well-being. In today’s fast-paced, digital, and often disconnected world, I believe it’s essential to pause, reflect, and intentionally nurture mind, body, heart, and community to truly thrive.
I am deeply grateful for the communities and experiences that have shaped me, and my mission is to guide others toward the calm, strength, and joy that come from living intentionally, connecting deeply, and honoring cycles of growth and renewal.
